You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
- Prior experience in HR operations, payroll is required.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Vero, EPOL, MyCareersFuture, MS360) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across different countries.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Role Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Support
- Collate required candidate documents and file them into TBI’s secure database.
- Support job postings and manage listings on various job portals.
- Provide support in screening of candidates with alignment and guidance from People Partner and Hiring Manager.
Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters for review and signature.
- Initiate pre-employment checks following offer acceptance.
- Liaise with IT and Operations to coordinate Day 1 logistics for new hires.
- Update and maintain the Global Induction Tracker.
Immigration Support
- Maintain the APAC work pass database and track renewals.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals for work passes, including expatriate hires, relocations, and international secondments.
Shared Services Support
- Prepare employment-related documents and coordinate benefits enrolment
- Support leave administration and respond to employee queries
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and updates to HR policies and resources
- Maintain People Team SOPs, employee handbook, dashboards, and reports
- Update and maintain employee records in Workday to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Act as the Workday (WD) ambassador for the APAC People team, liaising with the global team to resolve any escalations.
Payroll Support
- Oversee monthly payroll processing with vendors across APAC, ensuring compliance with timelines
- Maintain and update payroll input files, including new hires, adjustments, and deductions
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice submissions and pension scheme enrolments
- Liaise with vendors, employees, and tax teams for tax filings and ensure timely Workday updates
