Job Description Position Title: Pension Administrator (Finance) Job classification: G-6 Duty station: Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC) Type of Appointment: One-Year Fixed-Term with possibility of extension Salary: Php 886,335 per annum net of taxes

Context Under the direct supervision of the Senior Financial Reporting Assistant and the overall supervision of the Head of Pension Administration Unit, the Pension Administrator (Finance) will be responsible for the review of the participants’ monthly UNJSPF contributions, financial reconciliation, verification and process separation process.

Required Qualifications and Experience Education University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting and finance; or Completed High School Degree from an academic institution, with six years of relevant professional experience; Must be a Certified Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.

Experience: Sound knowledge of accounting systems and/or SAP plus generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls; Experience in audit and reconciliation; Knowledge in accounting and financial reporting system Knowledgeable with UNJSPF pension system or similar Knowledgeable in IOM/UN system an advantage; Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications ; Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
