CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL:

El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP) de las Naciones Unidas es el mayor organismo humanitario de lucha contra el hambre del mundo. En Colombia, el apoyo que WFP brinda al gobierno nacional responden a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles (ODS) 2 y 17 haciendo uso de herramientas innovadoras tales como transferencias en dinero y compra local de alimentos a través de asociaciones de agricultores. Las actividades del WFP en Colombia se concentran en las poblaciones más vulnerables, que incluye víctimas de la violencia, comunidades marginadas y grupos étnicos. El objetivo es reconstruir y fortalecer sus fuentes de subsistencia, asegurando que tengan adecuado acceso en todo momento a dietas nutritivas y diversas e incrementando su capacidad para recuperarse y adaptarse a los cambios climáticos. Esto se hace de manera progresiva a través del desarrollo de las capacidades de autoridades locales para implementar programas responsables que contribuyan a reducir la inseguridad alimentaria y la malnutrición.

Bajo la supervisión directa del asociado de Operaciones de Tecnología de la Información será responsable de apoyar el desarrollo y ejecución de las actividades operativas requeridas, así como también gestionar de manera eficiente el desarrollo de la documentación a cargo de la unidad de tecnología manteniendo siempre un registro actualizado, ordenado y disponible acorde a lo requerido

por la organización.

En este nivel se espera que su trabajo se haga de manera organizada y precisa apoyando las actividades específicas requeridas por la unidad de Tecnología.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):

1) Documentación, Informes y Procesos. – Fortalecer la gestión de conocimiento dentro de la unidad de tecnología generando documentación de soporte y consulta que permita la administración de procesos de una forma efectiva y eficiente por parte del recurso humano de la unidad, así como

también el desarrollo de documentación orientada a usuario final.

a) Generación y socialización de documentación aplicable a la unidad de Tecnología (SOPs, manuales, listas de chequeo, entre otros).

b) Desarrollo y actualización de contenido en wiki para usuario final.

2) Mesa de ayuda y soporte - proporcionar soporte de primer nivel garantizando el cumplimiento de

los acuerdos de niveles de servicio requeridos por la organización, teniendo como base de trabajo

las buenas prácticas de ITIL.

a) Brindar soporte técnico eficiente al hardware y usuarios del WFP (usuarios finales y usuarios

TEC) garantizando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de niveles de servicio requeridos por la

organización.

b) Dar seguimiento, gestionar, escalar y/o resolver los requerimientos de servicio, incidentes y problemas reportados en la mesa de servicio.

c) Configuración y asignación de equipos de cómputo para usuario final.

3) Apoyar otras actividades inherentes al cargo que se reciban por designación de su línea de mando.

CUALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA ESTÁNDAR MÍNIMAS:

Formación:

Los candidatos deben estar matriculados en un programa de pregrado (mínimo en séptimo semestre) o posgrado universitario reconocido en Ingeniería de sistemas o afines.

Los recién graduados (hasta 12 meses) son elegibles para aplicar.

Experiencia y Conocimientos Deseables:

  • Experiencia en configuración de equipos de cómputo y Office 365.

  • SharePoint.

  • Habilidades para resolver problemas: solucionar problemas de redes, computadoras y dispositivos empleando creatividad y técnica.

  • Gestión del tiempo: habilidad para moverse fácilmente entre tareas y responsabilidades para priorizar y administrar sus propios horarios de manera efectiva.

  • Actitud positiva y proactividad para enfrentar retos.
