Support the Partnership Finance Officer in financial monitoring and partner management.

You have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of financial monitoring, in any national or international organization, preferably in INGOs, including experience with financial management in emergencies.
  • Excellent analytical skills – the ability to analyse complex financial data and design and produce effective management information.
  • Excellent experience of partner management, budgeting and budget management.
  • Excellent understanding of operational and financial systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Experience on donor rules and regulation, especially USAID, EC & DFID.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance/ Business Studies/Accounting or relevant field.

The Opportunity The Partnership Finance Assistant in his/her capacity supports the Partnership Finance Officer in the areas of partners’ management, new partner assessment, agreement processing, financial monitoring, operation strengthening and other support to partners of the Country Office. The position ensures quality services to clients in line with SCI Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications and Experience • At least 3 years’ experience of financial monitoring, in any national or international organization, preferably in INGOs, including experience with financial management in emergencies. Experience in partners capacity strengthening will be an added advantage. • Excellent analytical skills – the ability to analyse complex financial data and design and produce effective management information. • Excellent experience of partner management, budgeting and budget management. • Excellent understanding of operational and financial systems and procedures. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel • Experience on donor rules and regulation, especially USAID, EC & DFID • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance/ Business Studies/Accounting or relevant field
