You have:

  • At least 3-year experiences in providing IT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge and high-level skills and experiences of Networking, computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Strong technical M356 E3.
  • Troubleshooting Issue.

Major Responsibility

  • Provide helpdesk technical support to all WVTL users for the effective and efficient use of IT equipment and services (50%)

  • Provide IT training to WVTL Staff on how to operate IT equipment, software and various WV applications in order to increase productivity and efficiency within the organization. (10%)

  • Assist IT Manager to implement IT policies and guidelines to comply with Partnership Standard (10%)

  • Maintain inventory of computers assets (both hardware and software) and ensure records are up to date (10%)

  • Advise users/departments regarding IT budget, procurement and disposal of computer equipment (10%).

  • Follow-up with computer equipment suppliers, and service contractors for the actions taken to the equipment and services (5%)

  • Administrative (Other) Management:

    • Assist humanitarian emergency disaster management
    • Regular field visit
    • Attend and contribute to devotion time (5%)

Required Professional Experience

  • At least 3-year experiences in providing IT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment
  • Background or experience with electronic, electrical power or another telecommunication

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
