You have:

  • Previous experience in campaigning or strategy development.

  • A degree in marketing, marketing management, communications or related fields is considered an asset.

The support of the Online Volunteer will assist UNWomen to develop an outreach and social media campaign for the UN Women Knowledge and Partnerships Centre’s main activities during the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026, including the WEPs Korea Impact Studio: Knowledge Exchange and Investment Dialogue on Elderly Care Innovation in Asia, the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, and the UN Women Research Network in the Republic of Korea.

We are looking for one experienced and creative Online Volunteers who will support our communications team with the development of an outreach/social media campaign. In close collaboration with the communications team, the Online Volunteers will: - Discuss and define the campaign’s target audience, desired goals, and outcome - Analyze target audience and develop audience profile - Define specific message/s and medium/tool to convey message/s to target audience - Develop 3-month campaign’s implementation plan

The Online Volunteer will be provided with material and other sources to develop the outreach/social media campaign as required and available. For close coordination and discussion the Online Volunteer is expected to be available for calls via Skype/Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Candidates should have previous experience in campaigning or strategy development with excellent communication and writing/editing skills. Good knowledge of online marketing tools and channels, as well as experience with designing of outreach/marketing tools is highly desired. A degree in marketing, marketing management, communications or related fields is considered an asset.
