Make outbound calls to support volunteers and donors.
You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires 0-2 years of minimum relevant work experience. Preferred: At least six months of customer interaction experience.
- The ability to multitask by simultaneously navigating several software programs and the Internet is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including typing accuracy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm CT.
