You have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months customer interaction experience including managing accounts/clients and demonstrating a strong customer satisfaction focus and passion to help others is preferred
  • The ability to multitask by simultaneously navigating several software programs and the Internet is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including typing accuracy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm CT
