Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Developer
Result of Service The United Nations Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT)·manages several enterprise ICT systems that are widely used by the UN Secretariat. This position is part of the OICT/ESS. The incumbent reports to and works under the supervision of the Project Manager:
- Requirement gathering, analysis for new modules. - Prepare POC, feasibility study for new requirements. - Fit gap analysis for new requirements in Inspira. - Analyze and Work on new consultant module changes. - Fit gap analysis for new ePerformance module change requirements. - Peer review for new change requests. - Work on new change requests for Mobility, recruitment and candidate gateway.

Duties and Responsibilities - Provide maintenance and support to the Inspira system in PeopleSoft. - Technical support for Inspira configuration management for the new release. - Operational support for Inspira production migration preparations. - Design, monitor and enhance data conversion program. - Perform impact analysis, design and development of the enhancements, and any developments of the Oracle PeopleSoft system. - Produce various documentations required as part of implementation. - Ability to meet the timelines set by the support center on the change requests raised. - Support migration plan and procedures. - Develop custom reports and analytics, dashboards for the various business requirements.
Qualifications/special skills A first-level university degree/diploma in computer science, IT or related area. A minimum of 6 years of progressively reasonable experience in PeopleSoft applications development in People Tools 8.54 and above. The candidate should be familiar with the PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Engine, Reporting Tools, Integration broker.
Languages Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
