Overview
Provide maintenance and support to the Inspira system in PeopleSoft and execute change requests.
You have:
- A university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, IT or related area is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of progressively reasonable experience in PeopleSoft applications development in People Tools 8.54 and above is required.
- Knowledge of the United Nations Common System is desirable.
Result of Service - Provide maintenance and support to the Inspira system in PeopleSoft and also execute any change requests as required. - Provide assistance in peer review and document the test results in the in-house tools. - Deliver design and development of the enhancements raised by the business. - Implement customizations that come out from the fit-gap exercise. - Deliver any ad-hoc custom developments in Oracle/PeopleSoft raised by the business. - Develop custom reports for the various business requirements. - Perform feasibility study for new projects and initiatives. - Develop and implement change requests as per business requirements in regular recruitment framework. - Consolidate and Package release deliverables.
Work Location Remote
Expected duration Initially from 01 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 (6 months), with possibility of extension, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
Monthly payment of 1,000 USD will be paid at end of each month.
Duties and Responsibilities - Design, monitor and enhance data conversion program. - Produce various documentations required as part of implementation. - Ability to meet the timelines set by the support centre on the Change requests raised. - Support migration plan and procedures. - Perform impact analysis, design and development of the enhancements, and any developments of the Oracle PeopleSoft system using 8.54. - Design and build change requests for Inspira system enhancements
Qualifications/special skills Skills: Required Skills: The candidate should be familiar with the PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Engine, Reporting Tools, Integration broker. Academic Qualifications: Academic Qualifications: University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, IT or related area. Experience: Experience: A minimum of 2 years of progressively reasonable experience in PeopleSoft applications development in People Tools 8.54 and above. Language: Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Additional Information Knowledge of the United Nations Common System is desirable.
