The Operations Strategy developer will work to implement strategy and vision. This person will work systematically to meet the organization’s goals by addressing key staffing, process, and infrastructure issues. The Operations Strategy developer will take PAAJAF’s priorities and direction and translate them into day-to-day standard operating procedures. He or she will set up a monitoring process while assessing ongoing strategies, conduct mid-course corrections, and perform a study for the senior leadership team of PAAJAF about how its finances, technology, and staffing related to important goals. The Operations Strategy developer will offer oversight to hiring and will partner with the CFO and CTO to prepare budgets and forecasts and, accountability, and results. This person provides oversight for capacity building at PAAJAF. He or she will be an internal advocate for efficiency and productivity development.

PAAJAF Foundation has an objective to provide education and extracurricular activities to youth ages 4-12. Educated children are better prepared to build a more prosperous future for themselves and their families. This task will help to improve the efficiency of our operations, which will ultimately optimize the output of the organization and its volunteers. This will help provide more and better quality programs for our children.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Strategy, Economics or its equivalent At least 5 years successful senior leadership experience At least 5 years background of success in process improvement and change management Commitment to results; "can-do" mindset with emphasis on accountability Experience at strong motivational and staff leadership abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Integrity, work ethic
