Description of task

• Ensures maintenance of registry system and provides registry services
• Providing support to electronic vendor management system
• Support to Procurement Unit in basic procurement processes.
• Provides administrative support to the Opraitons Units if and when required
• Provides support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the CO, through participation in the training for the operations/projects staff on administration.

Work experience in administration and/or procurement is required.

National UN Volunteers are part of a health insurance plan. National UN Specialist Volunteers in Ukraine receive approximately USD 961 as Monthly Living Allowance.
