Support operations and communications for a global health organization.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience in an operations capacity or a related field
Strong desire to create positive change on a big scale and views operations work as directly linked to, and supportive of, the organization’s impact and vision
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities across a complex, fast-moving environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining clear systems and processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to promote consensus and resolve issues proactively
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to write in a clear and concise manner
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience coordinating travel logistics, event planning, or international convenings is a plus
