UNDP Uzbekistan's Inclusive Growth Cluster supports national efforts to promote inclusive and sustainable growth, including employment generation, entrepreneurship, improved livelihoods, and stronger financing for development. The programme works with national counterparts and partners to identify opportunities that can strengthen development impact and support progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. The support of Online Volunteers will contribute to the Cluster's outreach, partnership development, and resource mobilization efforts. Online Volunteers will not be requested to make donations in-kind or financial contributions, or to solicit donations from third parties.

We seek support from Online Volunteers who, under the supervision of the Cluster Focal point, will support the Inclusive Growth Cluster in Uzbekistan by assisting with resource mobilization-related tasks. Specifically, the Online Volunteer will be asked to: - Research and analyze information on potential donors, development partners, foundations, and other relevant funding opportunities - Review existing programme priorities, background materials, and funding needs - Identify cooperation and opportunities aligned with the Inclusive Growth Cluster`s priorities - Support the drafting and updating of online materials and brief information notes - Consolidate findings in a structured format for internal use The tasks will be distributed among the volunteers.

Candidates should have previous experience in resource mobilization, partnerships, donor outreach, development research, or related fields. Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
