You have:
- Bachelor's degree or experience of 3-5 years of teaching is required
- Digital literacy and the ability to lead an engaging learning atmosphere
- Prior teaching experience or equivalent in education, tutoring, mentoring, homeschooling preferred
- Have an understanding of English language

In West Africa, French is the main language spoken and majority of our National UNVs have little or no understanding of the English Language. To work effectively with the United Nation, English is required as one of the main language. We would like our national UN volunteers to learn and express themselves in English.
UNODC Sahel programme is looking for an English teacher. The teacher will be teaching English to our national UNVs whose primary language is French. Each volunteer member will will be assigned a student or a group of students whom they will be teaching for 2-3 hours each week.
