Support the legal component of the program to formalize rural property rights.
You have:
- Professional in geography, cadastre and geodesy, topographic engineering or related fields.
- 3 years of demonstrable experience in positions related to the areas of the contract.
- Knowledge and proven work experience in rural property formalization processes.
- 2 years of experience in managing geographic data processing with programs such as ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, and Erdas.
- Experience working with government programs for rural property formalization and/or agrarian processes.
- Experience in database management, monitoring systems, designing field collection instruments and evaluating social programs.
- 1 year of experience in similar roles with international NGOs or similar employment in the public and/or private sector.
- Skills and experience to track indicators, present technical reports, follow-up plans, M&E, and technical analysis.
- Social skills for interacting with groups, communities, and private and public sector entities.
- Knowledge in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, Dashboard, Erdas, Power BI, Kobo, and social media.
