Support the legal component for rural property formalization in Tibú.

You have:

  • Professional training in law.
  • Minimum five years of work experience in relevant areas.
  • Proven knowledge and work experience in rural property formalization processes.
  • Essential experience in formalization processes with rural communities in Norte de Santander.
  • Experience working with governmental programs for rural property formalization and/or agrarian processes.
  • Experience in managing databases and monitoring and evaluation systems for social programs.
  • Experience in inter-institutional coordination with public and private entities responsible for rural property formalization public policy.
  • Experience of at least three years in similar positions with international NGOs or public/private sector.
  • Preferred experience working with rural communities and women, with sensitivity to gender, ethnicity, race, disability, and age approaches.
  • Skills to work in interdisciplinary teams and manage legal teams.
  • Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and public/private entities.
  • Knowledge in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social networks, and internet.
