Support legal component of rural property formalization program.
You have:
- Graduation in Law or a relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum three years of work experience in the contract areas.
- Proven knowledge and experience in property formalization processes.
- Indispensable experience in formalization processes of property rights with rural communities in Cauca.
- Experience in working with government programs on rural property formalization processes.
- Experience in managing databases and monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Experience in inter-institutional coordination with public and private entities responsible for public policy on property formalization.
- Three years of work experience in similar positions with international NGOs or in the public sector.
- Preferably experience working with rural communities and women, with sensitivity to gender, ethnicity, race, disability.
- Skills for presenting technical reports, work plans, M&E, and technical analysis.
- Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and public and private sector entities.
- Knowledge in handling Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, social media, and the internet.
