You have:

  • Graduation in Law or a relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum three years of work experience in the contract areas.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in property formalization processes.
  • Indispensable experience in formalization processes of property rights with rural communities in Cauca.
  • Experience in working with government programs on rural property formalization processes.
  • Experience in managing databases and monitoring and evaluation systems.
  • Experience in inter-institutional coordination with public and private entities responsible for public policy on property formalization.
  • Three years of work experience in similar positions with international NGOs or in the public sector.
  • Preferably experience working with rural communities and women, with sensitivity to gender, ethnicity, race, disability.
  • Skills for presenting technical reports, work plans, M&E, and technical analysis.
  • Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and public and private sector entities.
  • Knowledge in handling Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, social media, and the internet.
