Lead health and protection program components in ConEsperanza.
You have:
- Professional in health-related fields or similar areas such as mental health or social sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in health and/or humanitarian protection.
- 1 year experience in financial tracking and accounting of health services and 2 years in team management desirable.
- Desirable knowledge in statutory health law 1751 of 2015, public health, tariff manuals, costs, quality, and internal control.
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills, preferably certified.
- Knowledge of the intervention zone.
- Knowledge of databases, dashboards, and technology such as tablets for data capture.
- Soft skills like assertive communication, flexibility, problem-solving, teamwork.
