Overview
Lead and coordinate health component implementation in ConEsperanza program.
You have:
- Health or related administrative professional with knowledge in mental health and/or social sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in protection and/or humanitarian health, social work, human rights or similar field related to an NGO or non-profit organization.
- Desired knowledge in Health legislation 1751 of 2015, public health, tariffs manuals, health costs, quality and internal control.
- Desired knowledge in technical aspects of case management in protection and cash delivery for protection.
- Minimum 1 year of desirable experience in financial and accounting monitoring of health services, and 2 years in team management.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, databases, preferably certified.
- Knowledge of intervention zones and databases, dashboards, and technology like tablets for capturing information.
- Soft skills like assertive communication, flexibility, problem-solving capacity, teamwork.
