Support the maintenance and high quality of the community accountability mechanism.
You have:
- Professional in social sciences, engineering, business administration, economics or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in humanitarian/development projects or with a national or international NGO.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data collection and management using advanced excel or other software for statistics, graphs, and dashboards.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in report generation.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office package: Power Point, Excel, Word, databases, Power BI.
- Knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response is desirable.
- Desirable knowledge of Accountability for Affected Populations.
- Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and public and private sector entities.
- Desirable experience responding to a direct telephone line.
- Desirable experience handling digital channels such as email, WhatsApp, etc.
