Overview
Implement program activities to strengthen coordination among public and private ecosystem actors.
You have:
- Professional in areas of economic-social sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration or related areas.
- Master's degree in project management, administrative management, international cooperation, or related fields (desirable, not exclusive).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with vulnerable Colombian and/or migrant youth populations.
- Experience in relations with public entities, private organizations, and community-based organizations.
- Knowledge and experience in economic recovery processes and livelihoods with youth, migrants, return populations, and host communities.
- Experience in developing interventions based on market systems development.
- Knowledge of the intervention territory.
- Knowledge of labor intermediation services and guidance processes for youth.
- Knowledge in handling databases, dashboards, and other mechanisms of data analysis and presentation.
