Overview
Implement programmatic activities to strengthen technical and organizational capacities.
You have:
- Professional in fields related to economic-social sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration, or related fields.
- Specialization or master's degree in project management, administrative management, international cooperation, or related areas (desirable, not mandatory).
- Minimum professional experience of 2 years with vulnerable Colombian and/or migrant youth population.
- Experience in relationship-building with public entities, private organizations, and community-based organizations.
- Knowledge and experience in processes of economic recovery and livelihoods with youth, migrants, returnees, and host communities.
- Knowledge of the intervention territory.
- Knowledge of labor intermediation services and orientation processes for young people.
- Knowledge in managing databases, dashboards, and other mechanisms for data analysis and presentation.
