Overview

Support the monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities of the VenEsperanza program.

You have:

  • Professional in economics, engineering, statistics, accounting, business administration, sociology or related fields.
  • Minimum professional experience of 3 years with victim and/or vulnerable populations, and at least one year managing databases, statistics, indicators and/or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Desirable experience of at least one year in preparing payment sheets for food assistance, seed capital, among others.
  • Preferably with experience in humanitarian programs, international cooperation, financial sector, public sector in cash transfers and/or means of livelihood, savings groups.
  • Desirable knowledge of the regions and context of the department.
  • Knowledge and management of databases, obtaining statistics and graphics, dashboards, technology such as tablets to capture information and upload it online.
  • Minimum experience of one year in preparing reports of statistics and indicators at executive or donor levels.
  • Desirable knowledge and/or use of CommCare, Kobo, R, Stata, among others.
  • Excellent handling of the MS Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, tables, databases.
  • Desirable experience working for emergency, transition and development programs with international cooperation (U.S. Department, EU, GAC, United Nations, European Commission, among others).
  • Desirable to read and write in English.
  • Desirable to have experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning of humanitarian programs.
