Overview
Supervise, evaluate and monitor program adaptations as per objectives and indicators.
You have:
- Professional in economics, business administration, systems engineering, statistics or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience of three (3) years in data analysis and monitoring and evaluation in socioeconomic development programs with a rural focus.
- Minimum two (2) years of demonstrable experience in data management, processing, and analysis.
- Experience of two (2) years in similar positions with international NGOs or similar employment in public or private sector.
- Demonstrable experience in the preparation and presentation of technical reports to donors containing analysis of monitoring plans and indicators, monitoring and evaluation of social and development projects.
- Experience in coordination and follow-up of indicators and operational plans.
- Desirable experience working with rural women, rural communities, and sensitivity to differential approaches of gender, ethnicity, race, disability, and age.
- Experience in the management and design of data collection instruments in the field.
- Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and entities from the private and public sectors.
- Mathematical skills to perform multiple calculations and experience in statistical analysis software.
- Knowledge in the handling of Advanced Excel, Power Bi, Commcare, office tools, knowledge in R Studio is valued.
