Overview
Implement community strengthening capacity components for local community boards.
You have:
- Professional degree in business administration, economics, social sciences or related fields, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Desirable postgraduate training (specialization or master's) in project management, international cooperation, financial management, administration, organizational management or similar, especially oriented to institutional strengthening and accountability.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementing administrative, financial and organizational strengthening processes with Community Action Boards (JAC) or similar community organizations.
- Proven experience in programs or projects with high community participation, including support for local actors for the implementation of rural infrastructure projects or territorial development.
- Experience working in complex rural territories, preferably in PDET municipalities or complex contexts, such as rural areas of Norte de Santander department.
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to organize and manage databases and documentary supports.
