Support rural property rights formalization processes and ensure quality methodology application.
You have:
- Professional training in law
- Minimum five years of work experience in the areas of the contract
- Knowledge and proven work experience in rural property formalization processes
- Indispensable experience in property rights formalization processes with rural communities in Norte de Santander
- Experience working with government programs on rural property formalization and/or agrarian processes
- Experience managing program monitoring and evaluation databases and systems
- Experience in inter-institutional coordination with public and private entities responsible for rural property formalization policy
- Preferably experience working with rural communities and women with sensitivity to gender, ethnicity, race, disability, and age issues
- Skills and experience for presenting technical reports, following work plans, M&E, and technical analysis
- Social skills for interaction with groups, communities, and private and public sector entities
- Knowledge in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, social networks, and the internet
