Ensure efficient purchasing processes for goods and services.
You have:
- Título profesional universitario en áreas administrativas, financieras y/o a fines.
- Experiencia en compras y contratación de bienes y servicios mínima de 3 años.
- Experiencia de 1 año mínimo en la realización de procesos de compra de bienes y servicios para obras de infraestructura rural, especialmente para la construcción de infraestructura vial terciaria (placa huella).
- Deseable tener conocimiento y/o práctica en manejo de herramienta/software de compras – deseable SAP.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y capacidad para trabajar de manera semi-independiente.
- Conocimientos en el manejo de Word, Excel avanzado, PPT, Outlook, redes sociales e internet.
- Deseable tener experiencia laboral y conocimiento del territorio en zonas complejas como el Departamento del Cauca y la región del Catatumbo en Norte de Santander.
