Implement community accountability mechanisms and manage feedback systems.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Law, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Previous professional experience in an international or local NGO is preferred.
- Proven experience in data collection and management.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills; able to work with diverse populations.
- High level of self-awareness and personal development with maturity to handle constructive feedback.
- Fluency in French, both oral and written; English is a plus.
