You have:
- Diplôme en génie civil ou équivalent en hydraulique, etc.
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine WASH.
- Expertise en conception et construction de projets WASH.
- Bonne expérience de travail avec les services techniques du gouvernement et ONG.
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements hostiles et d'urgence.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français, connaissance de l'anglais serait un avantage.
- Connaissance des standards et codes humanitaires comme SPHERE, Do No Harm.
