You have:
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences sociales, psychologie, travail social, sociologie, droits humains, genre et développement, santé publique ou tout autre domaine connexe.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en sauvegarde, protection, PSEA, MHPSS, gestion de cas ou programmation communautaire ; l'expérience au sein d'une ONG est un atout.
- Bonne connaissance des principes de sauvegarde, de la PSEA, de l'approche « Ne Pas Nuire », de l'approche centrée sur les survivants, du MHPSS, des Premiers Secours Psychologiques (PFA) et des circuits de référencement.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et communicationnelles en créole et en français ; l'anglais est un atout.
- Permis de conduire de type AC et capacité à conduire une motocyclette (un test de conduite auprès de l'Officier(ère) des Opérations de Mercy Corps est requis).
