Overview
Implement and coordinate field activities for monitoring, evaluation and learning.
You have:
- University degree or equivalent in statistics, planning, applied economics, social sciences, or other related sciences.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation required, preferably with an NGO.
- Good knowledge of SMART indicators, baselines, logical framework, and other project management tools.
- Ability to manage field teams and verify data reliability.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Knowledge of quantitative data analysis software (Power Bi, Commcare, SPSS, CSPRO, Stata or R).
- Experience in conducting needs assessments for beneficiaries.
- Experience with cash transfer programming and participant selection processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with beneficiaries and local partners.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to write reports clearly.
