Overview
Implement activities related to agriculture and disaster risk management in the RELE program.
You have:
- University degree in agronomy, natural resource management, environment or related to rural development or disaster risk management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience including at least one of the two areas: sustainable agriculture and support to producers, or disaster risk management/community preparedness.
- Proven experience collaborating with local authorities, DPC, and organizing community activities.
- Solid knowledge of soil conservation, climate adaptation and/or disaster preparedness methodologies.
- Excellent training and community mobilization skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills in Creole and French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hold a valid category AC driving license and ability to drive a motorcycle (a driving test will be required).
