Overview
Recrute un(e) officièr(e) gestionnaire des cas VBG pour missions psychosociales en RDC.
You have:
- Être diplômé au moins du niveau Graduat en science sociale et toute autre domaine apparenté
- Avoir au moins une expérience professionnelle avérée avec au moins 3 ans dans le domaine humanitaire ou avec les ONG spécifique en SGBV
- Avoir travaillé comme personnel de prise en charge psychosociale des survivantes de SVBG est un ATOUT
- Fortes capacités dans les domaines de la planification et capacités d’organisation et de communication
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise dès la prise en charge psychosociale des survivants SVBG
- Être un bon formateur
- Excellent niveau de français et swahili écrit et oral
- Être disponible à faire des déplacements sur les zones ciblées pour les prestations
- Capacité de travailler sous pression et de vivre dans des conditions difficiles
- Être rigoureux, honnête et fort sens du respect des délais
