As part of External Relations, the Mass Markets USA (MMUSA) program is responsible for raising $70+ million in unrestricted revenue annually in the U.S. market and plays a meaningful strategic role in the creation of IRC’s brand, awareness, and support for its advocacy goals.

Job Overview

The Officer Web Production is the lead on web asset production and strategy in coordination with the MMUSA team. They will implement donation forms and web assets that are developed in collaboration with our media agency of record, as well as our in-house creative studio. In addition to implementation, they will be handling all logistics related to forms, including cloning and revising them for different platforms or teams, crafting Salesforce campaigns, and maintaining campaign-related tracking. Incorporated in the implementation of content updates should be a strong emphasis to detail with forms being user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for both new and existing donors. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, they will work closely with all colleagues in the team as well as with colleagues in IT and Marketing and Communications. This role is crucial to giving the mass market a tool to support the IRC mission and make their online gift possible.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead the production and implementation of project assets (copy, photos, videos, etc.) for the IRC's web platforms, including but not limited to forms for fundraising, lead generation, email cultivation, and advocacy actions.

• Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure optimization strategies align with standard methodology for user experience and organizational priorities.

• Produce project management documents; concept briefs; digital scope and detailed requirements; project schedules; and resource plans.

• Works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketers, Design/Content, MarTech) to ensure development projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Produce and lead MMUSA donation forms so that messaging and imagery stay accurate and relevant.

• Set up project tasks and timelines in our project management platform and traffic timelines and assets.

• Ensure that the visual design of donation forms and other conversion tools supports project goals and is consistent with organizational brand guidelines.

• Produce fundraising web assets (such as the hero & footer) in Drupal across the Digital Marketing team-owned placements on the homepage.

• Maintain URL builder, closely working with the media agency to make sure new media vendors are accounted for and Campaign Tracking URLs are accurately structured.

• Build and handle Vanity URLs for vendors and influencers.

• Create Salesforce campaigns, including the management of match pool amounts with appropriate partners to ensure revenue is accurately tracked and allocated.

• In partnership with Associate Director, Digital Optimization and CRO, serve as a liaison for MMUS team to support marketing tech-related projects including new web tools and/or landing pages

• Streamline donation testing orders, and build quarterly Salesforce tickets to ensure test donations are accurately refunded.

• Assist the Associate Director of Digital Marketing in other related projects if the need arises.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3-4 years relevant experience. Coursework in computer/information science or equivalent work experience is preferable.

Work Experience:

• Experience working with Google Analytics or similar Marketing Analytics tools

• 3-4 years of proven track record optimizing and driving revenue performance of web/app campaigns and platforms using digital technologies.

• Solid understanding of project coordination tools and processes: e.g. Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel.

• Basic HTML and CSS skills.

• Experience evaluating visual design.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Developed organization and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in web analytics and tracking web critical metrics using Google Analytics or similar.

• Experience measuring digital marketing performance in an omnichannel environment. Experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred.

• Experience coordinating Web QA and cross-browser testing.

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM integration.

• Familiar with web content management systems like Drupal.

• Familiar with key areas of Web Development: user experience design, usability, SEO; high degree of comfort with technology.

• Standard office working environment • Full time remote: East-Coast U.S. hours • Hybrid in-person and remote working environment, where individual is responsible for at-home workspace and may be required to share office workspace. • Some domestic or international travel
