PAAJAF Foundation has an objective to provide education and extracurricular activities to youth ages 4-12. Educated children are better prepared to build a more prosperous future for themselves and their families. This task will help to improve the effectiveness of PAAJAF's resources and will help provide more and better quality programs for our children.
- Leadership & strategy
- Education policy and planning, curriculum development and teacher training
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information, such as donations and other transactions - Advise on tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as needed - Track the company's financial status and performance - Provide and analyze financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. and prepare monthly and annual reports - Present financial reports to board members and executives - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation - Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Volunteers: 1 needed
- 6-10 hours per week / 12 weeks
- Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field - Several years of experience in a finance role - Thorough understanding of data privacy standards - Solid communication skills, both written and verbal - Deep understanding of business principles and practices of PAAJAF - Superior attention to detail - Proven ability in planning and strategy - Analytical skills, problem-solving skills - Promotes integrity and honesty
