OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Il s'agira de gerer: (i) les medicaments, les vaccins et les fournitures medicales; (ii) les technologies du laboratoire medical; (iii) les technologies de diagnostic et d'imagerie; (iv) le sang, les produits sanguins et autres produits medicaux d'origine humaine; (v) les medicaments et les produits traditionnels.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Fournir unsoutien technique a la planification, la formulation, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l'evaluation des programmes pour la disponibilite des produits medicaux et les technologies de la sante, y compris les activites de production, de la chaine d'approvisionnement medicale.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Doctoraten pharmacie ou en sciences pharmaceutiques connexes obtenu aupres d'un institute accredite/reconnu. Desirable: Diplome universitaire en chaine d'approvisionnement des produits de sante, sante publique, pharmacologie ou toxicologie ou biologie medicale. Formation specialisee dans la reglementation des produits de sante.

Experience

Essential: Au moins cinq ans d'experience pertinente dans le domaine des produits de sante essentiels. Experience connexe du travail dans le cadre d'epidemies et/ou d'autres operations d'urgence sanitaire. Desirable: Experience et competences dans la fourniture d'un soutien technique dans le pays et le renforcement des capacites nationales. Experience dans l'elaboration de politiques et du travail dans la reglementation des produits et technologies medicaux.

Skills

Excellente connaissance technique dans le domaine des produits medicaux, l'accent etant mis sur le traitement des maladies ayant un fort impact sur la sante publique. Excellente comprehension des concepts d'acces aux produits medicaux, de gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement, de selection et d'utilisation rationnelles. Jugement independant et capacite a anticiper les nouvelles tendances dans le domaine des produits medicaux et a prendre des mesures en consequence. Une connaissance pratique de la reglementation des produits medicaux est un atout.

REMUNERATION

Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at XOF 24,382,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
