**OVERVIEW** ------------ Parent Sector : Education Duty Station: Bamako Type of contract : Consultant International Duration of contract : 1 à 3 mois Recruitment open to : Consultant International Application Deadline (Midnight Duty Station Time) : 12/11/2025 UNESCO Core Values: Commitment to the Organization, Integrity, Respect for Diversity, Professionalism **OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POST** ----------------------------------------- Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des reformes prioritaires du MEN, notamment la reforme Bac+3, il est prévu l’élaboration d’un référentiel de compétences du professeur de l’enseignement normal, définissant les savoirs, aptitudes et attitudes attendus aux plans institutionnel, pédagogique, disciplinaire et professionnel. Ce référentiel devra être pertinent, cohérent et adapté aux défis actuels, en préparant les enseignants à exercer le métier dans les meilleures conditions et en ayant les compétences nécessaires pour le faire. Sous l’autorité du Représentant de l’UNESCO au Mali et la supervision directe du Coordinateur du programme CapED, le consultant international assurera, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe technique nationale du MEN, l’exécution des tâches suivantes Long Description ---------------- Le consultant devra accomplir les tâches et activités suivantes : 1\) Analyser la documentation et réaliser un benchmarking des référentiels de compétences utilisés dans la sous-région et ailleurs (Afrique, Europe, etc.), afin d’identifier les meilleures pratiques. 2\) Élaborer une note technique précisant : a. le cadre méthodologique ; b. le plan d’action. 3\) en collaboration avec le comité technique du Men, préparer et encadrer à distance un atelier préparatoire pour identifier les compétences attendues en formation initiale et continue. 4\) Accompagner l’atelier technique avec une équipe nationale désignée pour encadrer les travaux (7 jours), pour co-construire, avec les acteurs clés, le référentiel de compétences du professeur de l’enseignement normal. Long Description ---------------- 5\) en collaboration avec le MEN, préparer et encadrer l’atelier de validation (3 jours), afin d’adopter et d’entériner le référentiel produit. 6\) Produire et soumettre la version finale du référentiel, intégrant les résultats des différentes phases et ateliers. 7\) Mission de 07 jours pour prendre part aux ateliers de conception et de finalisation/validation (4 jours conception et 3 jours finalisation). **COMPETENCIES (Core / Managerial)** ------------------------------------ Professionalism (C) **-** ----- For detailed information, please consult the [UNESCO Competency Framework](https://en.unesco.org/sites/default/files/competency_framework_e.pdf). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** --------------------------- 1\) Expertise en ingénierie curriculaire et élaboration de référentiels Doctorat + 20 ans d’expérience) 2\) Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’ateliers participatifs (éducation, compétences, formation des enseignants). 3\) Très bonne maîtrise du système éducatif malien et sahélien. 4\) Excellentes capacités de rédaction et de synthèse. 5\) Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
