Overview
Support the development and operationalization of the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus in Ethiopia.
You have:
- At least three years of professional experience in humanitarian, development, or peace sectors with direct experience in project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working on the Nexus will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with and supporting local authorities and local partners.
- Experience in data management, data analysis, reporting, in the context of humanitarian, development, or peace-related programs.
- Expertise on GIS and experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets, in stressful environment, with competing priorities.
- Excellent command of data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural settings.
Contract
This is a UNV National Specialist contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV National Specialist contracts.
