You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or other related courses with equivalent substantial experience in relationship marketing and/or key accounts management.
  • At least 1-2 years of broad and substantial experience in dealing with contact center customers/donors.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Customer Service, Marketing and Excellent Communication skills.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on engaging both new and returning sponsors, ensuring a warm and joyful experience throughout their first year of partnership with World Vision. It centers on cultivating strong relationships with donors while helping them understand the transformative power and significance of Child Sponsorship. By fostering a strong and trusting relationship with sponsors, they become more inclined to refer friends or participate in volunteer programs, opening the door for them to become impactful child ambassadors.

Major Activities:

  • Actively engages and cultivate at around 3,500 new sponsors and reactivated accounts through welcome calls, virtual or face to face meetings and facilitating events such as welcome party or donor cafe.
  • Acknowledges and records new sponsors/donors’ gifts promptly, specifically and emotionally.
  • Promptly responds to sponsors’ concerns and/or requests using the approved business processes.
  • Promptly communicates important child updates to the sponsors such as child dropping, child death, child’s graduation, among others.
  • Actively engages sponsors to either refer World Vision to any of their family or friends or participates in volunteer activities.

Qualifications:
