Overview
Coordinate and manage project activities in Kyrgyzstan.
You have:
- Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in economics, engineering, sciences, agro-industries, environment, business administration, or other relevant discipline is required.
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in coordinating the implementation of development/technical cooperation programmes/projects at national level is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Fluency and/or working knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz is also required.
- Professional experience in the field of Special Economic Zones, Industrial Parks and/or other similar territorial development initiatives is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to country-level or sectoral assessments, feasibility studies, policy analysis, or programme design addressing development constraints and priorities in Kyrgyzstan or comparable countries in the region is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with or coordinating among government institutions, development partners, and private sector stakeholders in Kyrgyzstan or comparable countries, including familiarity with donor-funded programme environments is desirable.
