Purpose of Activity/Assignment:

Ensure donor/partner recognition and visibility and visibility for programmes implemented by UNICEF through appropriate photo products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Shoot and edit photo packages focused on work done by UNICEF with its partners and donors, and communication events organized by UNICEF South Sudan.

Scope of Work:

Shoot and edit photo material, including one photo package of 30 pictures with donor visibility showing the work

UNICEF South Sudan is implementing in the field, shot during one field visit (in total 3 shooting days and one post

production days), two (2) photo packages of 15 pictures with donor visibility showing the work UNICEF South Sudan is

implementing in Juba (in total 2 shooting days and one post production day), and two (2) photo packages of 15

pictures of communication events (in total 2 shooting days and one post production day); all pictures will need to go

with extensive captions, tags and the name of the photographer in the meta-data; pictures need to be accompanied by

the necessary consent forms. Material need to be delivered latest a week after the mission or event.

Minimum Qualifications required:

Bachelor or equivalent through relevant working experience

Photo expertise

Experience in working in complex humanitarian environment

Language Requirements

English

All applications must be submitted with detailed financial and technical proposal

Payment Schedule

Payment will be done monthly upon delivery of key task and submission of all necessary reports as stipulated in the detailed Terms of Reference.

Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
