You have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in conducting evaluations of development programs.
- A Master's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with UNDP or similar international organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Availability to perform the assignment within the designated time frame.

Background
This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP which will in the future replace the online eTendering system currently in use.
