Conduct strategic foresight research to enhance health service access

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic foresight or related fields
• Proven ability to conduct data analysis and produce analytical reports
• Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations on complex topics
• Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or related fields

• Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP.

• Personal CV, indicating all relevant and similar previous experiences, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Applicant and at least three (3) professional references.

• Brief description of why the applicant considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, relating how he/she proposes to conduct the assignment to their previous experience.

• Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided. If an Offeror is employed by an organization/company/institution, and he/she expects his/her employer to charge a management fee in the process of releasing him/her to UNDP under Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA), the Offeror must indicate at this point, and ensure that all such costs are duly incorporated in the financial proposal submitted to UNDP.

• Supportive documents namely: prove of work, such as reports, analysis, data visualization, presentations on conducting strategic foresight related to the Project. (The consultant should submit at least two – three pieces of relevant work.)

Incomplete proposals may not be considered. The short-listed candidates may be contacted, and the successful candidate will be notified.

**Failure to submit the above-mentioned documents or Incomplete proposals shall result in disqualification.
