Duties and Responsibilities THIS JO IS CLONED FROM JO196953 WHICH WAS CLOSED IN ERROR AND UNABLE TO AMEND. AMENDMENT 1 TO PO2500325644 TO EXTEND CONTRACT TO 07 OCTOBER 2023.
TOR AND FEES REMAIN THE SAME.
The UN Environment Law Division OzonAction's Compliance Action Programme (CAP) provides assistance to Article 5 countries including global information and clearinghouse services to enable compliance with the provisions of the Montreal Protocol and its amendments in order to protect the Ozone Layer and human health.
In reference to UNEP OzonAction Clearinghouse mandate under Article 10 of Montreal Protocol and 2021 UNEP Business Plan and Compliance Assistance Programme's budget, UN Environment OzonAction Branch is providing information services and legal/policy and technical advice for National Ozone Officers (NOUs) and other stakeholders. Design OzonAction publications and visual tools.
Furthemore, UNEP CAP is looking for a National Consultant who will Create and design layout of following OzonAction publication and visual tools.
Qualifications/special skills Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising and marketing, public information, journalism. Four years of working experience in developing variety of information tools, publications, logos, social media tools, public campaign materials is required.
Languages Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of Spanish and English
