In Tanzania, the healthcare sector plays a pivotal role in meeting the healthcare needs of its diverse and growing population. To ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, it is imperative that healthcare workers continuously update their knowledge and skills. The current healthcare landscape in Tanzania is marked by dynamic changes, including advancements in medical technologies, emerging diseases, evolving treatment modalities, and shifting healthcare policies.
