Overview

Provide consultancy for UNICEF projects targeting youth

You have:

• Masters degree from any stream required.
• 20+ years of leadership work experience in an education organization.
• 5 years of experience of creating learning solutions in ed-tech organizations.
• Strategy consulting experience with top non-profits in education space is a plus.
• Strong motivation for applying to UNICEF.

Remarks:

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 9 months from start date of the contract

Candidates should score a minimum of 40 marks in the above criteria (1 and 2) and minimum scores in each criteria to qualify for the interview.

Overall cut-off marks is 64. The candidates who score 64 marks and above and minimum scores in each criteria will be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.

Total technical score – 80. Minimum overall qualifying score is 64. Only those candidates who meet the overall qualifying marks of 64 as well as score the minimum cut-off in each of the above sub-criteria including the interview will be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.

• Candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical Score and Financial score will be finally selected.

• Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.

• Joint applications of two or more individuals are not accepted.
