You have:

  • Bachelor Degree related to accounting or finance is a must.
  • At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in verifications of supporting documents for FACE Form.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting a team.

The Administrative Support for the FACE Form Verifications supports the Office Operations by performing a variety of standard administrative processes ensuring high quality and accuracy of work. The Consultant promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach. The Consultant works in close collaboration with the programme and projects staff and the Operations team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Under the overall supervision of the Programme Analyst, and direct support to Programme Associate for the WPS unit, the consultant will undertake the review and verification of the supporting documents for FACE Form under the WPS unit and other projects when necessary.

Duration of Assignment and Duty Station

The period of this consultancy is from 1 July 2022 – 15 January 2023. The consultant will be working in Partner’s office.

Submission of application

The submission package to be merged in one file pdf format, includes:

  • Updated CV;
  • Letter of Interest containing the statement on the candidate's experience in the field of recruitment;
  • Personal History Form (P11), which can be downloaded from http://asiapacific.unwomen.org/en/about-us/jobs;
  • Latest education certificate;
  • At least two references; and
  • Financial proposal. The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount breaking down a daily professional fee.

Payments for this consultancy will be based on the achievement of each deliverable and certification that each has been satisfactorily completed.
