Provide administrative and operational support to CIFOR and ICRAF operations

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or associated field.
Minimum 2-years demonstrated professional experience in similar positions, especially in international organizations or NGOs.
Knowledge and experience working with ERP-Unit 4 Business World – Agresso System.
Ability to deal effectively with complex situations and demands, with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Ability to organize, coordinate, plan, prioritize, schedule, and handle multiple work activities and demands in an effective and satisfactory manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent technology skills, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactivity to anticipate and take on new tasks as necessary, particularly when dealing with virtual work environments.
Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment while carrying out multiple tasks on a daily basis with a positive attitude.
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
