Job Overview/Summary:

The MPCA Facilitator is responsible for providing support to the ERD department in the target area for MPCA registration and distribution.

Major Responsibilities:

· Participate in community mobilization and beneficiary assessments (door by door) according to program guidelines, IRC policies, and the code of conduct.

· Lead the enumerators during the MPCA processes.

· Assist in site selection, preparation, crowd control, and cash distribution.

· Perform all duties under the instruction of the IRC-ERD Sr. Officer.

· Report any challenges or issues promptly to the IRC ERD Sr. Officer as soon as they occur.

· Utilise IRC tools and equipment (tablets) for work and return these to IRC upon assignment completion.

· Act in the best interests of IRC and perform all work duties and general conduct to the highest standards.

· Supervise the collection of price monitoring data regularly and share the information with relevant stakeholders.

· Assisted in preparing cash distribution documents according to IRC policies and procedures.

· Any other reasonable duties may be delegated to them by the supervisor.

Position technically supervised by: ERD Sr. Officer

Qualifications

- · Females are highly recommended. - · Interest in the humanitarian field and administration are preferred. - · Good communication skills. - · Has experience in using the App data collection. - · The ability to learn and work under pressure from all levels. - · Good interpersonal skills. - · High Written and Spoken Arabic is required. - · Maintain a high level of confidentiality wherever the incumbent comes across sensitive information/data.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

- Language Skills: Arabic. - Fresh graduate - Certificates or Licenses: Bachelor's degree in related fields - Ability to travel inside the government.

Total benefits:

- Salary range: (1,161,600 -1,452,000) Iraqi Dinars, based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity and budget as well as calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements. - 13th month salary per year. - 21 days of leave and 15 days of paid holidays per year. - IRC provides health insurance for staff and their dependents.
